Only prepaid reservations are guaranteed. Prepayment can be made at any time before the day of arrival at our hotel, by credit card, Bank transfer or cash at the reception of the Hotel. When booking from the hotel's website, the prepayment will be charged to the guest's credit card according to the conditions of the selected rate. In case of non-guaranteed reservation, the room is reserved for you until 18: 00 on the day of arrival and can be moved to other hotel or canceled if hotel is overbooked.

Check-in into a hotel for minor citizens under the age of 14 shell be performed on the basis of IDs of the parents (adoptive parents, guardians) or the chaperone(s) on condition of providing the consent of their legal representatives (one of them) in free form, as well as birth certificates of these minor citizens. If you need a guaranteed early check-in (accommodation before 14:00), then you can arrange it during online booking after entering your contact information, selecting the desired check-in time, or contact the reservation department in advance. The price of guaranteed early check-in depends on required accommodation time. Please note that early check-in is subject to availability. In case of non-guaranteed early check-in, guests will be accommodated due to the room availability of their arrival. In case of no available room, the guests can leave their stuff in the luggage room and return later for check-in. No pre-booking of non-guaranteed early check-in.

If you would like to keep the room after 12:00, then you can arrange it during online booking after entering your contact information, selecting the desired check-out time, or contact the reservation department or front deck in advance. The price of late check-out depends on required departure time. Please note that late check-out is subject to availability.

If you pay directly at the hotel by card or cash, you will receive an invoice with a cash receipt. Final invoice will be provided during check out by request. No accounting documents will be provided for on-line booking via Yandex, Ostrovok, and etc. If your accommodation is a part of business trip, please put a note in the comment form of booking the name of your organization and TIN for the correct paper work of closing documents. To arrange the closing documents, you must provide a power of attorney from the company upon arrival. If you pay by bank transfer, the accounting documents will be sent to the postal address of the organization within 5 working days after the departure of the guest.

Yes. The service is free.The service is provided only to Hotel guests. According to the safety rules, things can be stored in the storage room for no more than 24 hours.

Suites and deluxes are equipped with safes .The service is free. Guests staying in other room categories can use the safety deposit box at the reception. The cost of 300 rubles for the entire stay.
